The National Minister’s Fellowship is an umbrella Association that brings together all Ministers of the Cameroon Baptist Convention as a family of theologians, pastors, chaplains and pastoral formation for the sake of building a stronger Convention and a better Cameroon.

It seeks to shepherd God’s flock as a lifestyle and serve God in all seasons of life.
In order to carry out its functions, the fellowship assists the Convention in assessing, empowering, assisting Ministers in need and those in crises situations. The fellowship also plays an active role in the lives of retired Ministers and the home going service of CBC Ministers.
The fellowship also upholds the doctrinal stance of the Convention and walks with Ministers who are led into error.
To enhance its activities, the fellowship meets once a year to fellowship, pray, strategize, study, project and uphold the unity of the Church.
The fellowship works in close collaboration with various Departments of the system to ensure that all Ministers are taking their God-giving assignments seriously.
By working with all Field Fellowship Chairmen, the fellowship seeks to enhance the unity in diversity of all Ministers’ of the CBC and to assists Ministers with different ministerial challenge
