Adolphe Aimé has been ordained at Discipleship Baptist Church Mengue City in Douala. The ordination service took place on Sunday 16th March 2020 and was heavily attended by a college of Pastors, friends, Christians and family members. God’s Word was presented by Rev. Seh Clarence from Yaounde East Association of the CBC, who drew inspiration from 2 Tim. 4:1-5 under the caption “The ministerial charge to a faithful servant of God”. He challenged the newly ordained to preach God’s Word in season and out of season. He urged him to insist on the whole Truth for understanding and also to preach with great patience.
The Executive President’s representative and member of the Ministerial Council of the CBC Rev. Dr. Teke John officiated at the induction rites. Rev Nyassoke Aldophe responded in the affirmative to all the questions on his beliefs as one called by God into the Pastoral ministry, promising to remain prayerful, preaching God’s Word and living a life worthy of Christ. Upon his
confession, Rev. Dr. Teke John pronounced him ordained. The ordination charge was presented by Rev. Dumsi Hitler, Douala Field Pastor who read from Psalm 78:70-72, making allusion to Biblical David who, as a shepherd
led his people with integrity of heart and a skillful hand. He challenged Rev. Nyassoke A. A. to emulate such a Biblical icon. It should be noted that Rev. Nyassoke had been serving as Pastor of that congregation for over six years from September 2013 to present. Seeing his passion and vision for Ministry, his Christians decided to stand by him and see him ordained as a Reverend Pastor of the CBC.
It is worth mentioning that Rev. Nyassoke Adolphe A. was born on 5th September 1979. He attended the Cameroon Baptist Seminary in Kumba from 2005-2010 and graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Theology. He also has a Masters degree in Ministry from T-NET College of Pastoral Leadership Minnesota Graduate School of Theology USA 2014. He has served in some CBC Churches like: Emmanuel Baptist Church Ndu, Bepanda Preaching Station in Douala, Zion Baptist Church in Kumba, and CBC Church Damas in Yaounde amongst others. Rev. Nyassoke A. A. is married to Nyassoke Karine and they are blessed with three kids (two girls and a boy).
